The name Pimpama comes from a Bundjalung word meaning place of soldier birds, and the area has been settled since the 1860s, when a small farming community grew up between the Logan and Coomera Rivers. From 1868 Pimpama was the terminus of the Cobb and Co coach run from Brisbane, and in 1863 it became home to the first sawmill built in South East Queensland. Local farms went on to grow arrowroot, and by the early 1900s the district was supplying almost all of the arrowroot used in Australia. That growth has returned in a different form today: the 2021 census counted 24,601 residents, up from 9,396 in 2016, a rise of more than 160 per cent that made Pimpama one of the fastest growing suburbs anywhere in Australia outside a capital city.

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirt printing for Pimpama customers?
No. Our Ashmore store on Dominions Road prints single shirts and bulk uniform orders under the same in house process, so a one off birthday gift gets exactly the same attention as a hundred unit team order. Because we do not outsource printing, there is no supplier minimum forcing you to order more than you actually need, and you can bring in a single garment to be personalised or start a full team kit, whichever fits what you are after. Pricing simply scales with quantity rather than a flat setup fee applying only below a certain order size.
Can Pimpama customers get same day t-shirt printing?
Same day printing is available at our Ashmore store for orders that qualify, generally simpler designs and smaller quantities dropped off earlier in the day. If your order does not qualify for same day turnaround we will tell you upfront and give you a realistic completion date before you commit, rather than promising a deadline we cannot meet.
Can I bring my own shirt to be printed for a Pimpama order?
Yes. You can drop off your own apparel at the Ashmore store, share your design or logo, and our team will handle the screen printing, DTF or embroidery on the garment you have supplied rather than one from our own range.
