Common Questions
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing, also called dye sublimation, uses heat to dye your design into polyester fabric, so the print becomes part of the garment instead of sitting on top. That means full colour designs across the whole garment that won’t crack, peel or wash out.
Is there a minimum order?
Most sublimated garments start at 20 units, some team items start lower, and headwear starts at 50. Tell us what you’re after and we’ll confirm the minimum for that item.
How long does sublimation take?
Allow 4 to 6 weeks. If you have a season start or event date, mention it when you get in touch and we’ll tell you straight away whether it works.
Can you sublimate cotton shirts?
No. Sublimation only works on polyester. For cotton tees, our screen printing, embroidery or DTF printing will suit you better.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Mens XS to 5XL, ladies 6 to 26 and kids 4 to 16 can all go in the same order, with player names and numbers if you need them.
